Incredibly unprofessional and deceptive. My daughter had a debt written off to this company. When she went to settle the debt, they assured her that the minute the had the money transfer from Western Union, they would send her a release of debt letter via fax or email. But that was 3 days ago, and they refuse to do it, claiming each time the party necessary to do it, is out of the office.

These people are INCREDIBLY rude! They called me, while I was at work, and I didn't know who was calling. As soon as I answered the phone she asked if I was me and I said yes and she asked me to confirm my address but they had an incorrect address, not even an old one. So I said no, that's not correct and I asked who I was speaking to and the woman said Amy. Well I don't know any Amy and she just kept on talking and I asked again, who are you and before I could even finish my question she said I just told you my name is Amy with an attitude. And as I was trying to ask her who the hell she worked for she says I already told you twice my name is Amy and I said that's cool but I want to know where you're calling from. And she goes well you didn't say that. I am with Stephens and Michaels associates. I didn't say that because she cut me off. So I said alright Amy I don't know who you are and I've never heard of your company so I'm hanging up and I did. I don't have any idea why they called me in the first place, and I would have liked to find out but she was unbelievably rude and now I really don't care. I've never heard of or bought anything from these people so I don't care. That woman was absolutely horrible. I hope the owners of this comoany read this and listen to the recording of our conversation. She needs to be let go or trained again because she clealy isn't fit for customer service. I wish I could have left ZERO stars because they don't deserve the one.

Aweful - i have made payment on my debt and they still are trying to drag me to court . I sent a certified letter and they had a neighbor sign for it!!!!! Very shady. I sent a letter to the courts advising of their shady dealings.

Paid these people for two years just to find out they went out of business June of 2016?. Where are my payments!!! They're very unprofessional and shady!!

Any legitimate business owner would have to be crazy to send this company work. They have drag me into a law suit written all over them..
