Steven decided to drop me as a client for a vague reason. I was going through a divorce with custody issues and when I needed him the most, he bailed. Thank God I not only got my son and I out of a dangerous situation, but now I have 100% timesharing with my little man and his mother is in prison. Steven, for whatever reason, you dropped me and wouldn’t even take my phone call or respond to an email asking what happened. Yes, I didn’t turn a piece of paper to you on time but I was in the process of moving out of state with a micro preemie son who required oxygen. It was the most stressful, difficult time of my life and you left us stranded. Also, I asked you several times to go for 100% custody and that she would accept it but you never even asked on my behalf. I know God was in our corner and everything happens for a reason but I also believe people should be aware of what they’re signing up to when they decide to hire you. Lastly, your office was very slow in responding to time sensitive requests and it slowed us down 2 weeks leaving us stuck in Florida and having the electricity turned off in our home. My son was on oxygen and electricity was required to keep the machine running. To anyone who is thinking about hiring Steven, I’m only one person and perhaps my situation was unique but you all deserve to know what you could possibly be getting into. He met my boy on more than one occasion and kept referring to him as a girl in our documents, was not prompt and honestly seemed out of the loop regarding our situation. Like a deer in the headlights when speaking with him. You really complicated a very, very stressful time in our lives Steven, and you should know that. Either way, I wish you the best and hope you don’t make the same mistake in the future. For full disclosure, his office did give a partial refund of that I’m grateful for.
