This man took a guardian/conservator to court over a final accounting of the estate with his only evidence being a stolen letter his client had given him. The judge dismissed immediately but not without having the estate charged for at least two lawyers in the amount of nearly 15K. It was unclear if Stevens fees came out of the estate also but if so, the total dollars lost, over a stolen piece of evidence, may have been closer to 22K. He was also late arriving in court. His communication skills were lacking. Attorneys, as well as his own clients, found him challenging. As a recipient of a portion of the estate, this man cost everyone. Ultimately, he was let go and settlement of the estate turned over to another attorney. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

I have been in a legal estate relationship with Scott for 4+ years. I am attempting to disconnect and utilize another lawyer. I am asking him to release my file now.
