Surrano Law Offices A Professional Corporation

My experience with Mr. Surrano was good at first then I received the cold shoulder. Mr. Surrano said that he would take my case if he found others in my situation. Months past and I sent him all the information he asked for and communication was good. He told me that he did find others and that he would be proceeding with the case as planned hopefully by Jan 1, 2017. Just before that time my voicemails and emails went unanswered so I paid him a visit at the office and he told me everything was going as planned and that he is horrible with calling people back. More months past and I did not receive any responses to any of my emails or calls not even from his secretary. He ruined my changes of finding another lawyer in time. All he had to do was tell me that he wouldn't accept my case instead of giving me hope and wasting both our times. Never heard a word back from him.

Rude, are not willing to help; although I was willing to pay, requesting simple question as far as when are they going to reach back to me; simply one of their representatives hung up! WOW
