Suzanne was always pleasant to talk to. She worked very hard obtaining all of my medical and working history. She kept me updated on all necessary events. Ms. Clasbey was knowledgeable of disability law and always very helpful.

I had Susan as my disability lawyer and I love her and I never had any problems with her or anyone in the office. My late husband also had her as his lawyer, everyone was nice. Neither one of us could have asked for a better lawyer or assistane. Everyone was nice to both of us. I would recommend Susan to anyone.

I recently called this office for help with disability claim and the person who answered the phone was very rude. She acted like I was lying and my doctor was lying about the rate of disability I have. DO NOT CALL THIS ATTORNEY! CALL SOMEONE ELSE! And yes your assistant was rude like she had a problem because I applied for disability. But it's all good you can praise your assistant all you want. I have an attorney.

My wife called trying to get information. Right from the get go, the person who answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. Complaining about the time schedule, the disability, her age vs the injury. She just wouldn't shut up and schedule an appointment. If I was the attorney, I'd fire her immediately. We called another attorney right away, and what a difference. Don't waste your time with this one, you'll regret it.

She is not a good attorney at all, she want fight for you, I had to do everything at the last moment and when they made the decision she never called me I was always having to call her, so I highly recommend everyone to go find a different attorney!!! Because she will not fight for for you and I had my Nurologist backing me up with a letter and she still didn't help me out!!! Go further to Nashville not to her, she is not worth your time!!!
