Susan has handle a few cases for me. I have always been more than satisfied with the outcomes. What she says she will do, she does. She is very confident and cares about her clients and providing them the very best service. She is as well very reasonably priced. She is true to her word.

Actually it is NOT Susan's office it is Timothy Morris. He's an excellent attorney. If you're looking for a family law/domestic relations attorney I highly recommend him. The paralegal, Tiffany, who works in the office goes above and beyond taking care of cases and answering questions. Im glad I chose this office for my legal needs.

Divorce is never an easy thing to deal with and mine was no different. If I could give more then five stars for my experience, I would! Having said that, I found Susan and her team to be above the average lawyer and I don't feel that I could have received better representation with anyone else. When I was scared and unsure about what the future held, she and her staff were there for me, reassuring and fighting for both my interest and that of my children. She was clear from the start as to what I could expect from the courts based on the laws of Ohio, the length of time that I could expect for the entire process to take and how much roughly it would cost. She and her staff gave me clear instructions so that I never had a question as to what my next step needed to be. She partnered very well with opposing counsel and they both treated me and my case with the utmost respect and dignity. Messages that were left/sent were returned in very short time, all with direction as to how to go forward. In reading the other reviews, I was puzzled because the negative ones were complete opposites of my experience. While I hope that I never have the need for counsel again, I can say without question that I would and will recommend her to others. Her counsel, both professionally and how to heal from a divorce has helped both my children and I heal from divorce and I will forever be grateful for her counsel!

Susan Minder is not an attorney to retain. She is absolutely complacent in every aspect of her job except billing you. She will offer no strategy towards achieving your goal, she can barely verbalize anything to you because she has retained absolutely nothing about your case. She will wait and see what transpired in court. She has no desire to fight for you or your child because she gets paid regardless. She's not even hungry for a win like you would assume goes hand in hand with being an attorney. She inflated and lied about time she spent on my divorce case. My results were dismal. She blames the judge. It's not unethical to take someone's money and get them nothing. That's who Susan Mineer, attorney at law, is. Less than mediocre and not worth one cent! My ex-husband represented himself in this matter and laughed all the way into his future with over $40,0000 in equity credit on my home, where he lived for less than 3 years. Again, Susan blamed Rodenberg and said she supplied the Court a copy of my deed which showed i owned this property prior to my marriage. It wouldn't have hurt for Susan to speak on this fact during court but she felt a photo copy of a deed was sufficient enough. My ex-husband didnt have a law degree like Susan but he certainly came out the winner in my case! I have recently been contacted by other unhappy customers of Susan Mineer. All I can say is that the Clermont County Bar Association says I have no case and that it is not unethical for Susan Mineer to take your money, lie and inflate costs while providing no results for you except an empty wallet. The Bar is well aware of Susan Mineer and her subpar interpretation of the Law and totally inept applications of the Law. I am sure any positive reviews of Susan Mineer's abilities as a Lawyer shown here are FAKE and written on her behalf probably by Susan herself! She sure isn't spending her time on your case unless it's your Bill!
