they have no attorneys for less than 300.00. I hired them to start a s corp and write a construction contract for me. it cost me over 3000.00 and still had to do file paperwork with the state. why a partner attorney was tasked with establishing a one person s corp is beyond me. go some place else; get more for your dollar.
