They are so caring and helpful. They truly care about the clients they serve. They were even willing to come to the hospital to help me get things in order before surgery. I highly recommend them!!

In my opinion they were not helpful at all as I tried to get information to help very elderly parents make changes to the living trust that this firm drew up. I was not "the client" but was trying to get the general information on how we could get the changes they wanted and needed done and it just made a difficult situation even more stressful.

This Law Firm is VERY difficult to contact, especially once they complete a document for you that may require follow-up. Rarely ever does a real person answer the phone; leaving a message is required. And, their voice message gives an invalid email address. When I went to their website and tried sending an email to a specific individual, none of the email links worked.

Ann Green has been incredibly helpful to us. She is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. I highly recommend Ann and this firm for any estate planning and eldercare needs.
