Reviews

I've been with T-Mobile for 13 years, there have been days, only a couple I can recall..I considered switching carriers. But since I can't complain about anything I just have to give them FIVE stars. It would be really cool if they monitored reviews and I got some sort of kickback for giving them a supreme rating. But it's not expected or necessary to get my 5 star rating. Thanks
They stole a month's bill from me knowing that I stopped the service and was transferred to another company and I told the employee that I stopped dealing with them. He told me that your affairs are ready and there are no payments left for you. After a week, I was surprised that they had withdrawn from my bank balance a month's bill, and I was not with them in the service, and I called customer service more than five times, and I did not take the result of talking to them. They do not give the customer anything understand, and I went to more than one store in my city, and they told me that you paid this invoice after two days of maturity, and you must complete the month with us knowing that all my phones stopped the service and moved with them and moved to another company. I will not shut up my right and I will sue them. I advise not to deal with them.
I am also being scammed by this company, I canceled my account on time and paid my bill, now as of today 2024 they are calling me from a credit agency to charge me for a bill that does not exist and they are looking for a way to tell me not to pay this amount after my cancellation, I really do not recommend that you get involved with them, when you finish your account they will look for you to tell you that you did not pay your final bill. This company lost respect, value and also its quality of service, one of the reasons why I canceled the service.
If any lawyer sees this please contact me. We need to begin the process of a class action lawsuit. Too many people have been victimized by T mobile. You know how hard everything is right now yet you still take advantage by telling us "oh your late sending your phone in for insurance claim, that's $800+ fine!" When you know very well you purposefully have the stores give us the incorrect stickers so you can charge us for not sending it "on time." You've scammed me and hundreds of other customers. I bet you think yourselves good people that never bothered anyone.. how about all of your customers that you constantly take advantage of? I hope your able to get good sleep in this life because with your karma, I'd be willing to bet you are gonna have a tough time in the next life.
If you're thinking of signing up with T-Mobile cell service, you may want to reconsider. The following two examples show they make promises that they have no intention of keeping; in other words, they lie to you to get you to sign on: 1. When T-Mobile's attempt at a streaming TV service went belly-up, they promised to provide a $10/month discount on YoutubeTV with the following commitment: “As long as you remain an active T-Mobile postpaid subscriber on an eligible plan, you will be eligible for $10 off our qualifying streaming service.” Did they keep this promise? NO! Shortly thereafter they reneged on this commitment when they decided their pocket book was more important than their word. 2. Now they're breaking another commitment they made to get customers signed up, promising “T-Mobile is shaking up wireless again! We're locking in your current rate for as long as you're a customer. It might go down, but won't go up.“ How long did they honor this commitment? Again, until they decided their pocket book was more important than their word. We just got notified they are raising our plan $10/month. > When a person cannot believe or trust T-Mobile, one looks elsewhere for a company they can trust. We are!
