I was referred to Tassone, Dreicer & Hill by a personal friend that is a colleague of Mr. Hill to handle a family law matter. I was married for fifteen years, served papers at our marital home, was the primary income earner throughout the marriage, and the mother to our three minor children. All assets and the majority of the debts were in my name. My ex-husband was suing me for everything I had worked for during our marriage while he was living his best life. As I found my voice, Mr. Hill and his team spoke for me and my three sons in our best interest. Constant communication, explanation of laws governing support, division of assets, and my potential obligation to pay for the lifestyle my ex husband had come to grow accustomed to was explained delicately. A settlement was reached prior to mediation because of Mr. Hills negotiation skills. I was able to keep my boys, the home, and get my life back! I also didn’t have to pay for him anymore.
