I give a 1 star because I cannot get a hold of anyone I'm trying to get help in a legal matter Your numbers don't work

Terrible experience, they get founds to help, not to affect and lie, they cancel cases to have less work!!! After Domestic Violence suffered, I gave all documentation complete for a process and waited 2 years with no results. The first year was lost because Texas Civil Rights got together with TRLA so all legal assesment was shut down. 2nd year tbey asked me for things I already provided. MY mistake believing they help, but instead, they affected me, they return my file with missing docs and all mixed up!! Now my time is gone and late!!!! Never answered calls & voice mails full not clean.

My husband and I went in to speak to them about a debt issue. They were very helpful and guided us as to what we needed to do. You have to remember these guys volunteer their time. So their busy. Be prepared and take notes. With advice we received we represented our selves in small claims court and were successful. Thank you ????????!!

Yeah if I could give 0 Stars I would have been trying to reach this company for the last 2 weeks I do not live in El Paso and I needed somebody to represent me in El paso. Nancy gallego gave me a referral and i asked for a few and she completely didn't help me, I guess she didn't want to deal with me because don't live there. So to make this short this place is trash and this is how they treat veterans.

I reached out to this company for help with landlord-tenant advice regarding security deposits and they helped me out tremendously! After a few days of going back and forth discussing the issue, they sent me a letter with all the information I needed to plead my case and even gave me a chance to speak directly with a law team to clarify my issues. Understand that they do not have a large team but handle ALOT OF CASES so it may take a little bit of time and elbow grease to get through to the right channels but once you do, trust me it is worth it considering the advice and information they provide is 100% FREE! Special thanks to Mr. Nelson H. Mock and Mr. Linzy Scott for all their hard work!!!
