I have never been in a situation like this, and initially felt like there was no hope for me or my case: rest assured, Javier and Navid reassured me and agreed to take on my case. It was long process, but Salwa, their secretary, always communicated with me clearly about dates, settings, locations, and even worked with me to help coordinate court hearings around my schedule.
