The family hired Michael Bynane and son in February 2020 to represent a family member for a parole hearing upcoming January 2021. We established payment arrangements. We paid them $2300 and as of the date of this review 09/22/2020, no one has contacted the client. October 2020 is the beginning of client's parole review and no one has contacted the client to establish a strategy. Numerous statements to schedule a telephone call with the warden has not occurred. Attorney has not registered with the parole board as the client representative.
Does not pay process servers when he hires them. He hired me to serve a respondent in Mascotte Florida and then never paid me the $80 he owed me. Mail came back unable to forward. Disgrace to his profession.
