I hired Mr. Chase to represent me in a landlord-tenant law. I find him to be direct, trustworthy and efficient. I also appreciate that I speak directly to him when I call rather than getting lost in a web of receptionists and appointments. I appreciate a competent attorney who tells it like it is with no runaround. He was able to settle the thorny case on very favorable terms and minimal BS. Highly recommended.
