Started the process of drivers license reinstatement in March of 2023, it is now October 2023 and $1000.00 down payment and on time monthly payments since March! You call and get voicemail, if you leave a message nobody returns call. Same excuse if they do answer, “I’ll talk to the paralegal!” It is a horrible place!! If you are in this situation go to the county courthouse that has the judgement first! This place is basically a collection agency and does absolutely nothing for you after they collect money from you!!! Excuse after excuse, if you get a human on the phone!! Still no license and at the mercy of this collection agency!!

Been going on the 2nd week that I was told my papers would be emailed to me in order to apply for my driver's license. I paid what was owed a little over $3000. So paperwork should have been processed immediately. Not this waiting, going back & forth game!!!
