Took my money and never represented me. Paid money for no reason. Even if I had proof I sent it and they acted like I never sent it. It took months and told me they can’t represent me. They lazy and good things ain’t gone back to them wasted my time when they could’ve said it from day one. It was bad reviews and I brush it off but it’s true they garbage . You don’t do people like this Update : they know exactly who I am. They want to act like they never had me as a “client” to keep good reviews going. Y’all be lying to much

Last year I hired Ms. Clair because I had a management company that was just costing issue after issue all because they could not do their jobs. We ended up going to court and Ms Clair was awesome and basically got me the outcome I was looking for. Now a year later I had the same management company trying to take advantage of us and asking for ridiculous amount of money for rent. We have been in the house for 4 years the first 2 years not one problem they change Managment and everything just goes down hill from there. Again, because they are a big company and have high priced lawyers in retainer they think they can do what ever they want too. Well again we ended up back in court this past week and it seemed they were not going to back down in their claims. Ms Clair stood her ground she argued for exactly what I wanted and in the end I got what I wanted. I consider that a huge win! Ms Clair was ready to argue my case in front of the judge but thankfully we did not have to do that and she was able to resolve this matter to my likings. So, that is twice she has represented me with both outcomes to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Ms Clair if you are having issues with landlords or management companies. Her staff is very friendly and very professional and you will not be sorry for having her represent in for what ever your issues are. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Retained the firm back in January. This law firm is extremely unprofessional. Including the attorney she missed several court deadlines, stating she did not receive any documents from the clerk at the courthouse her address was not updated. She continued to screw up, and request more money after the retainer had been paid in full to rectify matters she caused. I received a writ of possession due to her negligence. I had to file a motion independently even after I payed the retainer fee she wanted to charge an additional 500 to file a motion after she missed the court date. I have been dealing with inconsistencies completely for several months she has no updates for me. She never wants to speak to her clients just ghetto unprofessional messy law firm all together. Avoid this law firm.
