It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The name stands for greatness. Their quality of work is trash. If "OJ" Mr. Simpson would have had this group he would have never won

I sent a very detailed letter and I never heard from anyone. I have a very strong case and I was ignored. Very disappointed, and I recommend taking your case somewhere else where your phone calls will actually be returned.

This rating is for Mildred Dolph(The gate keeper). This lady acted as an attorney shutting down every question or statement and even tried to push me odd to another attorney. Very argumentative and had no sympathy for my situation. It’s know way that this lady had my situation in her best interest. If we can’t be in the same page and agree then how can we stand together in any situation.

I was represented by attorney Ramsey. Great guy, with a sense of humor. But most of all was very sympathetic to my situation. And to put yourself in someone's shoes, that's what makes a greater attorney. Every phone call, every text, he responded back to me. At the end of the day I just wanted someone to make me feel like they understood my situation. Paralegal Veronica, I can't say enough about this woman. She is a professional. She loves her job, you can hear it through her voice, her emails she made me feel like I was being heard. She is just an awesome person. And most of all I was satisfied with my settlement I would definitely recommend friends and family.

I came across Johnny Cochran Law Firm during a google search (I have heard of them before because they have represented some high profiled cases). With that being said and considering my case involves the death of my father and son and seeking justice. I thought they would be more experienced and professionally with the intake. I place a phone for consultation (which actually lasted close to an hour) Because it's a hard subject and because they had a series of questions, at one point she got off the phone to verify the case was something they handled. When we were finished I was informed that I was to be transferred to the Atlanta office because intake was being handled out of Alabama. I was under the impression that a lawyer would be picking up. Nope! It was a Paralegal and she answered the call as if I called them and had not a single not in front of her. Because I was thrown off by all of that. I summarized and then I was told...they can't help due to the statue of limitations. And as insensitive as she can be she asked me why did it take so long to call. My father was killed 2021. The day after we buried my father my 15yr old was killed. I don't recommend using them. I don't believe they care about you as a person nor do they care about the integrity of the firm. First impression last and God forbid I ever face with this or anyone I know. I will not be sending your way
