This firm was recommended to me by a random lady at a dr's office to get help after my car was hit in a wreck which caused me to miscarry. She spoke really highly of this firm so I gave them a call. I initially spoke with a Case Manager named Suzanne. She asked me for a copy of the police report; I emailed it and she explained to me that the report showed the other driver was at fault. She told me that she would speak to someone else about my case to see if they could assist but never got back to me. After finding out that the at-fault driver's insurance accepted full liabilty I called back to follow up a few times and left my info with a receptionist but no one ever got back to me.
