I have nothing but positive things to say about the work of Hobson & Hobson. I was truly impressed with the consistent level of detail & preparation from the entire firm. I appreciated the direct communication & how quickly I was able to go back & forth with my legal team. Everyone on staff was great about answering questions & taking the time to explain matters in a way I could understand. My attorney, Geoff Wolfe, was an awesome partner & showed immense investment in my case & I had great faith in him. He was extremely helpful in navigating the unknown waters. I cannot stress enough how invested & detailed the entire staff at Hobson & Hobson was from start to finish!

If you’re a parent (especially a male) seeking for expertise in child custody then DONT use this firm. Maybe they’re good at divorce but not at child custody. In my experience the only thing they were experts at, was billing me for filing motions not needed and not filing needed motions correctly. I spent a fortune with this firm and the outcome could have been better if I would have had a more aggressive attorney and more knowledgeable. The first lawyer assigned to me didn’t know what she was doing and they fired her. Then they assigned me a new hire attorney who had no experience in family law. While I did like him as an individual he was not aggressive and was not familiar with arguing family law cases. I genuinely think that if I would have went with another firm that was familiar with showing all the facts that I had against the other party that I could have received a better custody situation for my son. I ultimately was talked into settling at mediation (which I regret every day) and not going to court and they still racked up bills of over 20k. There was no efficiency, no planning on court dates until I asked, and no planning for the other party NOT complying with request, but they sure didn’t miss a beat when it came time to bill me for every phone call and email. Go somewhere else for your child custody case… if your a male,find a firm that specializes in fathers rights and knows how to LITIGATE….

We used Hobson & Hobson with our son's custody case. While it didn't go as fast as hoped (does it ever) as our son was despondent over how he never seemed to get fair treatment from his Ex. However, H&H were excellent at keeping us informed, covering every base and encouraging us to stay the course and do the right things. When we went to court, I was impressed with the "story" that was told in the questioning of witnesses. They knew the key details of the case. As a result, our son was given custody. While you are always happy when the outcome is what you want, I can honestly say that I would have been pleased with our representation, regardless of the outcome.

From start to finish with my divorce case Leah & Lindsey were absolutely wonderful. Very sad chapter of my life was lightened with their professionalism and knowledge. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm if you have to get divorced. Blessing and thank you Brian
