Consulted this man about a divorce in 2018. Immediately felt a creepy vibe. In conversation mentioned about my father being on disability and hurt on job and he started asking me all kinds of questions about it saying he could “get him $250,000.” At that point he seemed to be more interested in that than representing me in my divorce case.

At one time many years ago he was a fine attorney. I saw him at least monthly for ten months during 2018-19 and he was intoxicated each and every time.

Mr. Smith helped me earlier this year in starting the long process of getting a final paycheck a former employer was illegally keeping from me. I am happy to say I used his advice, took them to small claims, and got my pay! Thanks!
