would not recommend this firm to anyone. I have worked for this firm before and it was very unorganized. The owner was rarely there. They are very short staffed. There is little guidance and management. I left and placed my two weeks notice in only for them to release me. That same day I turned in my two weeks notice. Also didn't ever pay me my finale pay check. These people are truthfully the worst and don't care for anyone.

I have been trying to speak with anyone in this firm since late Nov. 2022. He closed a transaction 12/12/22 and we have never been paid our commission nor did we know where/when unless the (bank) seller told us. Went to the office and were told no one has been in that office for over a year. I have no choice but to file a bar complaint.

I tried to call 10 times to get some information about a foreclosure sale. Every time I was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I would have preferred for them to tell me to go jump in the lake, rather than let me think they would do the responsible thing and call back. If this is any indication of how they conduct their business I fell sorry for their clients.

It was a pleasurable experience to meet Nicole and Patrick Geheren and to engage in some social conversation. The closing was smooth and seamless and quick.

Firm doesn’t know how to communicate at all! Eric took all of his clients with him! Do not recommend
