I started a retainer with Jay Heinrich in 2014. He visited me mohawk correctional facility At first he was a responsible attorney very reliable. This October will make it 10 years and I have not heard or seen my attorney every time I call his office And his secretary would always give me an excuse. He’s in a meeting. He’s on vacation excuse after excuse after excuse, that’s all they kept doing was giving me the runaround for all this time Now My calls go straight to voicemail. He sent me a message last year through text message and said I will get in touch with you after the holidays, I haven’t heard from him since he sent me that last text message I advise everybody never do business with jay’s law group because it seems like they are scam artists It’s not fair that because I’m a poor minority person growing up in a poor economy and to be taken advantage of by my own lawyer that’s not right at all. He’s somebody that I trusted in. I did everything that he told me that I had to do .seen all the people that he took me to . And sign all this paperwork for him to just disappear off the face of this planet, and I can’t get in touch with him, he won’t get in touch with me. It’s not right at all. It don’t take 10 years to settle a case with the city. I’m quite sure and if it did, he should’ve always keep informed me about what’s going on with my case I feel so disappointed and so hurt if you can’t trust your own lawyer, who can you trust if your lawyer is supposed to fight for you and protect you my advice never use this law firm

This legal group is good at what they do. I had a legal issue that they handled and I have to say that I was blown away with the level of service they provided. They did not only make me feel comfortable but also made my family feel comfortable. They educated me on the legal process and took me through every step to have the best outcome, which was all the way in my favor. They were very honest and professional. It was a true honor having this law office as my legal representation. IF it came down to it in the future, I would definitely hire them for their services IF NEEDED AGAIN. I personally recommend this law firm to anyone requiring their expertise.
