My brand new vehicle went in the shop for 4 months and the dealer would not allow us to return it. We ended up getting with Alex and he helped us get a “more than fair” settlement for our troubles. He was very easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend going to Alex for any legal counsel and help.

I filed a case 8/4/2022 and I have not heard anything about my case. I left messages, I have emailed and no response received. It would be nice to receive any updates. I called today and was told they will forward the message. Hopefully I can get an update today.

Alex was amazing to work with! He was always very communicative, on top of things, and just in general a nice guy. He never made you feel rushed or like you were just another case. You can tell he really cares about his clients. Highly recommend!!

I had issues with my car the manufacturer could not satisfactorily repair. Mr. Simanovsky and his team worked with the manufacturer and got me a more than acceptable financial compensation. He really came through for me. He and his team are pleasant to talk with and do what they say. Hopefully I never have an issue like this again, but if I do, he'll be the one I call.
