I DO NOT recommend this law firm. In September of 2023 I was referred to this firm after having a serious 4 car MVA. Without any notice they gave my case to another law firm I DO NOT recommend. After I shared my concerns about the firm “they” gave my case to I was told I probably need to go to there office to get someone to actually communicate with me referring my injury claim. There’s so much more I could say but none the less it’s a NO, Never again for me.

My paralegal Sarah Roberts from Kelley Law Firm did a phenomenal job on my case. She was transparent, accessible and kind! Ms. Roberts also communicated with me openly about any concern i had involving my case which put me at ease! I appreciate the winning attitude and positive outlook Ms. Roberts maintained when i was frustrated with the process! I am very pleased with my settlement! Would give negative stars if possible. Worst representation, lack of communication. Switched my file over to another law firm two years after my accident without talking to me first or getting my consent. New law firm called to inform of new representation after they switched my file over.
