I utilized Donna many years ago for a divorce case and she was the absolute professional you would want to hire. She’s very knowledgeable and well versed in the courtroom. Remember not every case is going to be the same and the outcome is going to be different each time. Financial disclosures are a part of the court process and legally required.

Donna is a true professional with integrity, and for me she has been a real life saver. I went through a difficult divorce and it meant everything to have such an amazing attorney representing me in such a stressful situation. The outcome in my case was more than I could have hoped for, thanks to Donna, whose years of experience showed in how knowledgeable and adept she was at every step of the way. She was responsive and communicative and gave great advice. I have recommended her to friends and when they hired her, they thanked me for the recommendation.

Ms Buchholz took Dorila Johnson's hard earned money for her divorce case. At mediation Ms. Buchholz went without, the requested subpoenaed financials so she to best mediate an agreement on my behalf. She stated to the mediator (right in front of me) that there was language barrier. Yet as my attorney, never once did she request an interpreter. She understood me to take my money but not to represent me???? Then wanted me to sign my right's away?? Problem is in this Marital agreement I was to give up my rights to financial disclosure, I had to agree to pay fees that he should be responsible for. I thought she represented me not him!. What did I pay for? Him stealing that was ok??? Really??? I believe not and I will be making a formal complaint with the Bar Association. Do not use an Attorney who does not do there best to represent you.

Please please please do not hire this attorney. She took my 64 year old mothers money and did not do anything she promised. She never contacted us and three days before a scheduled court date she called, but only after repeated calls to her office, to say she didnt think we should go to court. Has not been professional at all. Was rude to us and tried to talk down to us. If you need an attorney this is not the one. Take heed she will take your money and forget about your loved ones. She will not return my moms calls. I contacted the Florida Bar on 7-16-2018 on her. We trusted her and she betrayed our trust. And without care or concern. But claims she is a Christian. Well the way she has treated our family, if thats christian behavior Im definitely not one. Again please dont trust Donna Bucholz she is a liar.

I contacted Donna Bucholz, P.A. for help handling my legal concerns in February 2019. Let me say she was so bright, kind and patient working with me. Always took my telephone calls, answered my questions and completed the work in a timely manner. Really a wonderful experience.
