I have to say I was very interested in possibly hiring Ms.McClure for my child custody case. However, the Secretary totally threw me off. I asked for a consult. She offered one 3 weeks out, no problem. Then I asked for an appointment for advice on an immediate issue that has come up, she told me to call someone else that she wouldn’t be able to speak to me until the end of August. I know the process of child custody is time consuming and I am a patient person. The Secretary on two occasions has told me to call someone else without even hearing anything about me or my situation. She has an attitude about herself that screams “we don’t need your business”. I suggested they remove their Google listing if they didn’t need any business and were too busy to talk to people. Obviously she has a full plate and should not be advertising any listing for quite some time. This is not about Ms. McClure, it’s more about who is representing her in the phone screening process. Very disappointed x 2.
