Doug Koth never gave up he never accepted an answer that was not first passed by me first. He provided me with the pros and cons of all answers from the other side. I have never worked with such a professional individual. He listened, he made time for me and he always had a kind word. Doug also has a great sense of humor which immediately put me to ease. His office was kind, considerate, professional and always took great care of my needs. They were very responsive as well, as a matter of fact I spoke with Doug when he was on vacation about my case.
