Andy recently wrote new wills and other estate planning documents for my wife and me. He is very personable, efficient, and wise in his counsel. He advised us on changing the beneficiary designations on our financial accounts and our home deed, so that those assets would automatically vest in our six children upon the death of the last of us to survive, thereby avoiding probate for those assets. His writing style is unusually clear and readable -- not heavy in legalese. His charges for services are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Mr. Dunham is an excellent attorney who specializes in wills, trust, and probate law. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to our full understanding, as we had many questions. We are extremely pleased with the results of his hard work. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of estate planning and probate law issues.

This guy is not what he says , he has been drawing our estate out for almost 5 years , he hasnt sent me or my older brother any of the information that we have asked for , and what he has done is not be honest and just so you know if you have an executer he will work with the executer to try to cut any other beneficiaries out of everything as much as he can also he will drag it out as long as it takes to benefit himself as much as he can i do not reccomend this man or his firm at all
