Don't do it. I didn't even get past the intake people. They were so rude. I was rear ended by a hit & run this past weekend. As I was explaining what took place this intake person wasn't listening to anything I said, and kept asking me questions regarding insurance. At that point-I knew it was a no for me and that I WILL NOT do business with them-ever. Bart & his son may be good attorneys, but either they're unaware or don't care that their staff is trash.

My daughter has a case with them and they did her wrong. They never contact her on a settlement until she decides to find another attorney I feel they didn’t work hard for her. They never found her a doctor she paid money out her pocket to see the doctors can’t work or anything. But told her the lady could file bankruptcy and she gets nothing. She lost her wages and still can’t see a doctor. I don’t see were they did anything for her but charge her for services that they didn’t do. She didn’t receive any help period.

Absolutely horrible experience with them. I was in a hit and run on my way to work. There would be 2-3 different people from their calling me during hours I couldn’t talk (at work). I then get a phone call from them saying they’re dropping my case because lack of treatment. I couldn’t go to many of my treatments because my wife and I have four kids and recently lost a baby and a mass (cancer), wife had surgery. I had to be mom and dad with working, taking kids to school, cooking, washing clothes and taking care of my wife, back and forth to the hospital and ER so unfortunately I had to put off some of my treatments and just be in pain. There’s still 6 months left for me to get my treatments, which are very expensive but they dropped me, pretty sad that they do that because they don’t make some huge amount from one of their cases. We’re suppose to buy a house and then my car got totaled, despite the pain, I still had to get another car and continue working to support my family. Since I had to get a car and medical bills from this hit and run, we’re not able to buy a house. Thanks Bart, greatly appreciate your help for nothing. Word of mouth goes a long way. Won’t be good for business. I would even give one store but it won’t let me post it without doing at least one.

worst PPL to work with !!! they don't know how to communicate at all finally closed a my case after 2 years! I had to msg them all the time, not once as Advertised did i even meet the lawyer let alone even get a phone call saying that the case was closed. I have never in my life seen big time lawyers act this way. I was expecting at least a phone call from someone from the firm but nothing. worst FIRM do not waste ur time if your accident is not a big semi truck case or something in that nature they dont give 2 Shi*s about anything. I am still shocked at how this case was just me constantly msging and asking for updates. i do not recommended them all, all they care about is money not the wellbeing of ppl.

I wish I could say enough great things about my experience. They took what was a very scary moment and did all of the work. I signed a few papers and they took care of the rest. I was occasionally given status updates, and was never required to go to the office. This was all resolved remotely which was so convenient. The communication I had with Nikki was incredible! She reached out when it was necessary and was always very quick to respond and very empathetic to my situation. Aaron did an incredible job with my settlement. I was absolutely blown away. From calling after my wreck and speaking with intake, to every small thing the last eight months, the team I worked with did such an incredible job. I know that everyone knows Bart Durham for the commercials but the care, support, and professionalism I received gave me such a new perspective of this firm. 10/10 recommend!!!
