Took a case for my husband. Did everything through email. Got accident report. I told them accident report wasn't accurate. They went almost a month with no contact, then called and said they couldn't take the case after they agreed to take the case. Didn't Keep in contact with us through much of this case. Very disappointed. Don't recommend this law firm
Stephen Burrow represented me in a case in 2000 where I was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer. I was shot in the back in 2000 and Knoxville Tennessee. My mother hired Stephen Burroughs to represent me. He ripped my mother off he did nothing for me. I was shot in the back because I had a BB gun. I was not threatening anyone. I was leaving the scene when I was shot by KPD in the back and wound up doing three years.
In 2016 I had an unfortunate car accident. I received very good service from this law office and they were very responsive to my needs. Tina was especially helpful and in contact consistently. I believe in them so much I continued they're service for my disability and even though I was out of state they set me up with a lawyer to be with me at my court hearing. Both the suit for my accident and my disability came out in my favor. I would recommend them first and foremost for the care they took in winning my case.
The staff and Attorneys are absolutely incredible. They are fierce in protecting their clients. They always work very hard to get the best results. My case was especially difficult and everyone went above and beyond to work through all the red tape. I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my case!
15 minutes changed my life. I Spoke to my husband and he was on his way home and 15 minutes later an EMT called to say he had been hit head on. 5 months and four major surgeries and many set backs he went to rehab then home. I was assigned Brian Capps and he worked hard and diligent for me. He was home 9 days and on Christmas Eve and he passed suddenly from a heart attack. This attorneys office and it’s staff was both professional and empathetic knowing what I had went and was going through. When I called they answered my questions and worked for me. One thing to remember through all your grief and frustrations is that it all takes time. I learned what it took to get to the end and waited patiently and in the end it wasn’t so much about the monies I received but what counted was the care and compassion I was given during a difficult time by this wonderful attorneys office. They will forever have a special place in my heart ????.
