Worst experience EVER having to deal with the aftermath of a car accident I was in. I had to call every single day just to receive some type of notice as to where they were at with the case, and each time I called I got the same answer that no one was available or that they had sent me a letter or email ( which I never received) and they had been waiting on my response instead of just calling me like I had asked them to. I waited over a year and a half just for them to supposedly finish my case. Finally I decide to call them at the end of last year, 2018, to see if they were finally done with my case. Just for them to tell me that they sent me a letter, stating that they were trying to reach me (which they never called or emailed me) and that since they couldn't get a response, they closed my case without telling me. I asked the receptionist as to why it was closed without ANYONE calling me or emailing or anything. And all he said was he doesn't know and its closed so there is nothing that can be done. So I wasted 2 years as of today now waiting for them to just close my case without any notice. I could only imagine if I didn't call how much longer I'd be waiting for a BS response that never came.
