Hands down, Derek King has been the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He is professional, direct and knows the law. Plus, he really cares about his clients which is rare from what i have experienced in the past. I have had two lawyers dealing with my case before that cost a lot more money and didn’t do nearly as much as Mr. King has done for me. I hired Mr. King for my family law matter dealing with child custody and he has gone above and beyond what I thought any lawyer could do. Whenever I have a question or an update via email or phone, he gets back to me promptly and doesn’t charge a fee every time we correspond. Unlike my other lawyer experiences where I would be “nickel and dimed” for any sort of query. My custody case has been a whirlwind of a high conflict battle and lots of correspondence from the opposing party. Derek King would get inundated with emails from my narcissistic bi polar ex and not only would he take it in stride but be professional and direct. I would get updates when needed so I could be kept in the loop of what was going on. Honestly, I have never had a lawyer who I could feel like I could trust and tell everything too (without the feeling of being judged) and that’s important. So, if you are looking for a lawyer who will be by your side the whole process, Mr. Derek King is it! You definitely get MORE than you pay for plus a lawyer with honor and integrity. I will definitely use him again for any law matters I have as his scope is beyond family law. Plus, will be referring him to anyone who needs legal aid. Thank you! Thank you! Mr. King did not represent me. He represented my ex. Mr. King was condescending to both me and my attorney. He made assumptions during trial which were not true and even his client stated that they were not true. He huff's and puffs and rolls his eyes a lot in court which comes across as unprofessional and he was not prepared. He even had to borrow a stapler during trial to get his exhibits together. My ex ended up with nothing but debt, which was a fair ruling given the circumstances. Mr King is an attorney who is a jack of all trades instead of an expert in a specific area so you don't get expert results. Mr. King no longer represented my ex as soon as trial was over and seemed almost apologetic the few times I have seen him at the courthouse since trial. He was always on time and my ex had to be hell to work with so I'm guessing he did the best with what he had.

I really appreciate all the time & effort my attorney has spent on my divorce case. I highly recommend him to anyone needing divorce representation. He's been absolutely wonderful!

My lawyer called him said , don't know who I am be bad why he kept contact me for 3 yrs from Someone covered up . LEGAL AGAINST THE LAW or BREAKS THE RULES !!!
