All i asked was for Eric to have my back during divorce. He never met with me prior to mediation or deposition, I never felt he had my back . He was poorly prepared for the depositon of my spouse. He literally said nothing during mediation while the mediator insulted me. After paying him $20k I shared my concerns and he threatened me if I posted my comments. He said he would sue me for slander?????? I thought that was grounds for losing a license. He is not ethical. That is my experience

Totally plays the attorney games.. get you all riled up so you’ll give him more money.. then he does NOTHING!!! worst attorney I’ve ever met

Crooked Atty. Eric Ballinger, Stay away from, hire a real atty. this man is a is unethical, unprofessional, u cannot trust a word that comes out of his mouth, will not return your calls, or file legal papers on time, u end up doing the work for him and he still does nothing, this man is a disgrace to his profession takes your money and does nothing,, Run as fast as u can to another Atty.

Eric was a wonderful lawyer for my son. He was kind and compassionate throughout my son's criminal case. We managed to avoid a trial, but still had a very positive outcome. Thanks to Eric's efforts, my son was able to continue on to college and is now doing very well.
