Receptionist picked up the phone regarding questions about medical bills that were forced upon a family member after insurance company deemed medical treatment was not appropriate. Family agreed treatment was not appropriate. Receptionist said to Google lawyers. What do you think I just did? Unbelievable disregard and incompetence. Update: *you didn’t have to provide legal advice. I asked your receptionist which I’m guessing could also be the same person who is responding to this review for any other referrals regarding hospital bill malpractice and was simply given a response. “Google Lawyers.” Your office lacks professionalism and that is unfortunate. It’s amazing lawyers claiming “it’s not fair.” as an appropriate response to a bad review.
