I had an extremely disappointing experience with Greg and his paralegal Misty. I entrusted them with my case, only to find myself frustrated and out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Despite taking a significant amount of money upfront, Greg did absolutely nothing substantial for my case.The communication was abysmal; most of the money I paid seems to have been used up on pointless emails rather than actual progress. Made numerous promises about how they would handle my case, but these promises were consistently broken. In the end, I felt neglected and misled, with my case still unresolved.I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. This was an utter waste of time and money.I Do hear Theresa is better but when I asked to switch lawyers Ashley then lied and told me she would switch me and never did .SMH All they care about is billable hours .

My experience with Goline and Roland was positive. The front staff were so kind and patient when I initially called. They were the same at my 1st visit. That says a lot. The attorneys are experienced with cases involving child custody and CPS. The paralegal did a phenomenal job communicating and paying attention to detail. She answered all questions and ensured no area was missed. Communicating with her was so much like speaking with the attorney. Her knowledge base is amazing! What I specifically like about this firm is they make their clients feel as if they're a part of the team. Theresa was caring, yet it was obvious on the 1st visit that she was strong in her craft. I would return and recommend their services to anyone needing a good attorney.

I called numerous Law Firms looking for a family lawyer, nobody had the time in the little notice that I had. Luckily Kaitlyn answered the phone and listened to me. Theresa took my case and knocked it out of the park. I cannot thank Theresa and Kaitlyn enough for helping me through this long and difficult process. They truly cared and were in my corner the whole time. Greg also stepped in and helped when called upon. They have a client for life and I cannot express how happy I am with the work and effort they put forth on my case.

Maybe he's a great attorney who knows but if u go just for a consultation he will charge you $200 just to give you information you already know, and his front desk won't tell you his retainer fee, which I think they should bc if you can't afford them then why pay the money to begin with, I don't think they honest people. He literally talked to us for maybe 30 mins essentially told us his fees which were high, and definitely not someone who is working class can afford, then he will not allow payment plans, so I basically paid him $200 dollars for him to tell me I can't afford to retain him, also he didn't give any legal advice besides "your screwed without a attorney" not in those exact words perse however u get the drift, we are a working class family who doesn't have just money like that to shell out for 20 mins of no help so i do not recommend him unless your rich, and have the money to spend and again he may be a great lawyer, but i think he scams ppl into talking to him, without giving them the full amount would be to retain him. Tread lightly when going here!

I'm very happy with the communication and the results Rachel Roland worked to achieve for me. I am not very familiar with the law and court processes and they answered any questions I had promptly and in a way I could easily digest.
