The Law Office Of Jennifer Spangler

My son was a CINC (child in need of care) case. Jennifer was court appointed. She never filed anything on my behave. I wasn't told anything about my son, nor was I given copies of case plans. She was late to appointments or didn't show up. She told me she thought it was grounds to have the case dismissed which gave me hope. The next day she was 30 mins late. After reading emails for awhile she asked to use the bathroom and was gone for 20 mins. When she came back she was nodding out in the middle of sentences , all hope was lost in that moment. Worst attorney I have ever had. Several times while waiting on her I heard stuff about others cases. The entire office is unprofessional. I wasn't called if Jennifer had court, they would just let me drive all the way to the office and find out that way. It's been a yr and a half since I last saw or talked to my son. She often called him the wrong name.

If I could I’d give 0 stars. I can’t even get ahold of her to fire her. I’ve been calling her sense april and went to the office during buisness hours. Super unprofessional. She has all the paperwork for a probate case for my late stepfather and now I have to order another death certificate so I can go to somewhere else.

I had a couple legal questions and Jennifer was very know and pleasant. Some attorneys are kind of stuffy. Jennifer is a very pleasant young lady.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave her $3,000.00 and got nothing in return.When I asked for my money back, she said it was gone but would not give any evidence of how it was spent, even though the Contract said there would be monthly statements. Late for every meeting (even the ones in her own office) and she was completely unprepared and unaware of what was going on. STAY AWAY!

Worst lawyer I have ever had to work with. Do not go to her, if placed with her, get another lawyer as so as possible.
