Letty Elwood has handled four traditional house closings and two installment contract for deed house closings for me. Each time she has done an excellent job. I would highly recommend Letty Elwood. Quite simply she is the BEST.

She is the absolute best lawyer around! She assisted us with our real estate buy and sell and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, kind and even explained our options with certain situations. She has answered all of our questions and has gone so far above and beyond for us. We highly recommend her to you for all of your real estate needs!

Letty is the worst attorney that I have ever met. Very unprofessional! She has zero respect for people, uses vulgar language. Also, if you prove that she is wrong, she just gets upset and leaves the office.

I would not recommend Letty. My mother needed a new will and power of attorney. First, I had to call and ask when it would be sent out after waiting two weeks. I was told it would be sent out later that week. However, we didn’t get it until the following week. OK there was a holiday in there I can understand the delay. There were, however, many mistakes when we got the draft several names were spelled incorrectly. secondary parties were not listed in the correct order and after changes were made, and we started to go over them I explained the first correction still had the name still spelled incorrectly, she became very irritated with me. She explained there was a line in the circle and she made the change based on that. I would never go to her again in fact after the first correction and they were at least 30+ needed. She asked my mother do you want to go to a different attorney? I don’t think that’s the best way to handle incorrect information .

My wife and I went to Letty's office to obtain an estate plan. Letty and her staff were excellent. We met with her once to go over our estate plan, and within a short time, everything was ready to be filed. We were very happy with the process and would recommend Letty's office to everyone!
