I got referred to them by LegalShield, and they handled our traffic matter with the best possible outcome, with no fee other than our LegalShield membership. I can't guarantee the same outcome for everyone, of course, but the odds are in your favor if you respond promptly when they ask for documents and confirm before the court date that they have everything they need.

Straight to the point. Handled my kids ticket. Ended up with no points on his license. Gave me notice up front that once it was over we would just have to pay the court fee which was $266. This worked out as their price is far more affordable than others in the surrounding area that also expect you to pay court fees.

Best Lawyer EVER! Well informed, patient, accommodating...I can't think of enough positive adjectives! The best quality in a lawyer is someone willing to take "time" to sort out the complicated legal language in documents. Mr. Fadely not only does this exceptionally, he also doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Cost is the second most stressful part of lawyer consultations. He backs up explanations with documents to ensure confidence if the information. He's also young enough that I feel he will, hopefully, be available when my children may need his assistance dealing with estate distribution.

I hired him through Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso as a FORMER member of Legalshield. Absolute rip off to pay this man several hundred dollars to represent me and still come out the other end with over $300 in court fines and fees. He AND his secretary are incredibly disorganized and could stand to take a few customer service classes. The experience was so terrible I cancelled membership with a service I have been using for over 6 months.
