My wife used her a few years back for age discrimination. Now my wife is HR for over 20 years and keeps top notes and information! Ms. Korn is not aggressive at all and very lazy looking for a quick buck. We had a settlement and actually lost money because she is not aggressive. Find someone who is willing to go all out for you!

To charge a person $400 just to hear about a case is a rip off. She could inform me that the statue of limitations against my company for racial discrimination was Past the limit. Discrimination lawyers shouldn’t charge people specially people who don’t have money just to throw away. Have a little more compassion miss Korn.

Im giving a 5 star rating due to the fact of a recent lawsuit against the cheektowaga police department in which 2 detectives just cost me my business and the job i was forced to start 2 weeks ago which the same 2 detectives went to the owner of said company with lies all containing in relation with my sons criminal pending case. Meeting with new boss after 2 weeks of employment i was terminated. He was very upset having todo this as i made the employee of the week my first week there. Just wondering if i have a case l mean ive lost everything the harassment alone has me sick even dread going to my own temporary closed business i fear that my physical emotional and mental safety is at risk

I called about age discrimination. I got the feeling they hate men. Also, they wanted a $350.00 no-return deposit just to have a sit down and hear my complaint. What kind of lawyer does that? They could survive just having those meetings and not litigating at all. After seeing her on commercials, I'm afraid she would scare the jury.

I am a friend of the UB LAW LIBRARY and SUNY GRADUATE 1988. I have a possible Discrimination Law Suit an was advised to contact two (2) recent UB Law graduates that have passed thier NYS BOARDS and are now LAWYERS; One (1,) a Woman works @ The Law office of Lindy Korn; I called on two (2) seperate days.. A FRIDAY & MONDAY; both were an answering machine? ( NO RECEPTIONISTS??) I left a message that I just wanted to speak to Ms. UB LAW; the young man at the desk (Mohomad? He said: curly blond hair? Never saw that before?) He stated it was Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars per consultation?? I said I was sent here by: The UB LAW LIBRARY to speak with with a recent graduate; I will not pay $400.00 to just speak to Ms. UB LAW... Mohamed said he had to feed his family?? WHATEVER?? After I joked about the cost MOHAMED said he felt uncomfortable and he retrieved Ms. Korn (Quite disheveled looking... Not like her LAW FIRM photo?) She advised she was not interested in my case? I never told her my case? She rudely shut her office door on me... Then another rude older man who said he was a SENIOR LAWYER @ THE FIRM shouted at the top of his lungs for me to leave; I requested his business credentials and card, he denied to answer? The Law Office of LINDY KORN called SECURITY to take me out of the building? The SECURITY OFFICER did; He stated it was the first time he ever led a well dressed man (Pink Shirt, Pink Pants, Black Tie, Grey Wool Polo Vest, Alden Shoes, Blue Hat.) THE END.
