Marion McBain is an outstanding attorney! I sought Marion out to assist me during the end of my six year long relationship and I was incredibly impressed. Marion is personable, kind, thoughtful and her experience brought me confidence and allowed me to feel very comfortable throughout the process.

I hired her for consultation on a legal matter. She overcharged me excessively to "review documents". I was never told there would be such a fee and only learned about it when I received the bill. She charged me for the same amount of time that another lawyer (in the same office) took to draft the document. It took 20 minutes for us to review the documents together, and while I found her helpful in that meeting, I found that she then overcharged me for the amount of time we met. She never returned my call when I called to discuss the billing. Overall, I'm highly dissatisfied with her and find her to be an extremely unethical lawyer.
