From my initial phone call with the person who answered the phone to my conversation with Tracy Brown everyone was very professional and with quick responses. After talking with Ms. Brown regarding my situation she clearly explained my next steps. She was very straight-forward and honest and let me know that it would not make sense for her to handle my situation as she would not "win" and didn't want me to incur additional expenses.
