I reached out to the Law Offices of David Fried, PC because I returned a vehicle and waited more than two months to get my refund -- which was supposed to be for thousands of dollars. Adam Gonzalez was extremely helpful taking notes for my case and advising me on what options were available to me. When I was looking for help for a smaller fee, they were able to write a letter to the car dealership before taking it to the DA. This saved me a lot of money, and I still had a favorable outcome. They were able to get me my refund within two weeks and the dealership actually gave them a bank check instead of the myriad personal checks they issued me (and the credit union where I had taken out a loan) which had previously bounced!!!!
