I wish we could’ve had a case for my boyfriend but I’m extremely happy with Mr. Gonzales’ customer service. He gave us the opportunity to explain our situation, he was thorough on why we didn’t have a case and he was honest on the options we had. We had questions to which he was patient and kind enough to still answer even after he knew we wouldn’t be able to retain him (since we didn’t have a case). We had previously contacted another attorney that just told us what they thought we wanted to hear but I wanted a second opinion. If he was a fraudulent attorney he would’ve agreed and taken the case without caring that the final outcome would actually hurt us. But as I mentioned he was the complete opposite and for that we are thankful. If you have a case, I would definitely recommend retaining Mr. Gonzales.
