These people are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They don’t give a darn about anyone but THEMSELVES AND THE MONEY THEY MAKE. I called to ask questions regarding court, the lady on the phone wouldn’t tell us the court date or any info regarding how the process actually works, then says “I’m busy I don’t have time to deal with this”. Please get this place shut down immediately!!!!!! I’m going to do everything I can to get their shady business out in social media so people who deal with them know!

I called three times over 3 weeks, left a voicemail, and no response. Eventually the front desk said "they don't do real estate law" and are not taking any new cases. (not sure what the entire practice areas on the webpage describing specific real estate law is on the internet for if that isn't the case..) Don't waste your time calling this firm.

I talked to Susan to get an eviction filing started. She replied to my first two emails. Then she went dark. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing several times and no response. I see why they are cheaper than others. DO NOT work with this firm unless you want poor communication and the likelihood of your case not being resolved.

Jim Surane is the BEST attorney in Charlotte, NC. I had to hire Jim Surane to process an eviction and I could not have had a better outcome. I have to say that Mr. Surane is very knowledgeable with the eviction process as well as contracts. Jim Surane fights for his clients and justice. Words cannot express how great of an attorney he is.
