After my current and corrupt HOA first Robbed my home and then decided to attempt to force me to lose it and everything else as far as my Property, Equity, etc. via a Non-Judicial Foreclosure, I had to file for Bankruptcy. And all of this has occurred during an already extremely difficult period in my life because of my already-existing very serious Physical and Mental Disabilities, to include PTSD. I'm now struggling with this process, but I still have my house and the rest of my property. Richard handled my 3rd DUI and he's a miracle worker! Shockingly, I didn't go to jail and was pleasantly surprised how he handled the seriousness of the matter. Unlike other attorney's he took his time to explain the process and risks so I wasn't nervous for my hearing. Each time I called he took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family he's a pit bull in Court!!
