Don’t call! They never do, why should you? In the four years of my case, they changed many times, my rep or paralegal, or dishwasher, whatever the hell they are called that were assigned. They NEVER answered when I called and NEVER returned my calls. Don’t call them!!!! They don’t even deserve one star. They told me they will not pursue because they insurance company never answered their calls, so they just dismissed my case. The insurance must be working for them. So if the insurance does not want to be sued, just don’t answer and it will be ok. So for the crooks out there, if you want your case dismissed, just don’t answer. Problem solved.

I will never work with these people again! As soon as my paperwork was done and I became their client, they became very slow in delivering information. It has been a year and 3 months and I have no update. Every time I call they are never available, they don’t return calls AT ALL or return emails. This is ridiculous. All I ask is that I’m updated and involved in what’s happening with my case. It’s horrible service. Look elsewhere for help with a settlement.

Was not happy with the out come of my settlement. It took forever for my case to settle and then my lawyer told me that they were only going to take 30 percent of the settlement as a courtesy and that was a lie. After the passing of Mr.Robert, I knew things were going to be bad with my case but I stayed with them trying to do the right thing and I got the short end of the stick. I was very very disappointed in them!!!!

After getting in an accident due to an impatient and reckless driver, a fraudulent rear-end claim was made against me so I called Fenstersheib to challenge the claim.
