I recently bought a home where Barbra was both a part-owner and the selling realtor. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Communicating with her was a nightmare; she often ignored our messages and was uncooperative. It felt like she used her position and experience as a realtor to hide numerous issues with the property. Now, she refuses to respond to either my realtor or me. Her peers in the real estate industry have also told us they avoid working with her at all costs. Integrity is very important to me, and Barbra has none. At one point, she didn’t even realize her license had been cut from her agency. Additionally, the contractors she used to flip the house clearly didn’t know what they were doing. We are now having to fix nearly all the "improvements" made to the home, which reflects poorly on her as a realtor. I wouldn't trust her to sell or help me buy a home. Her behavior was unethical, and I strongly advise against using her services.

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara on a somewhat complex transaction and with her knowledge and creative thinking, she was able to save the deal! We were able to close within a few days and all parties were happy.
