The purpose of this review is twofold: to help someone looking for a good attorney to feel confident choosing Sandy Cipinko, and to thank Sandy and John Fetto for the great job they did for me. They are both more than qualified for the job. My name is Rose. I reside in the Bay Area of California. I was in an auto accident in January of 2017. I was rear-ended so hard it took two tow trucks to pull the vehicles apart. That is when I was referred to attorney John Fetto. I ended up needing physical therapy, multiple Epidural Steroid Injections in my neck, and finally surgery to fuse 3 vertebrae. After going through the initial deposition and medical examination requested by the other side, the opposing insurance company did not want to pay anything because of my prior history of back pain. If I was to receive any compensation for what I had been through, we decided we would have to go to court. John assembled an amazing team to prepare for trial and called in Sandy Cipinko. Sandy lives in Arizona and we are in California. They had worked together before and knew each other well. I was so grateful when I heard he was willing to help. We talked by phone a few times, then met at a second mandatory IME located in SF. I found Sandy’s demeanor to be warm and thoughtful. Sandy and John worked flawlessly together on my case, each handling different aspects of the case. Sandy really gets to know his client and how the accident had affected their life. Together we visited the accident sight, spent time with my husband and I at our home, and talked with us extensively, all to gain a better understanding of how this tragedy affected our lives. Together Sandy, and John, took me from the possibility of getting nothing, to a settlement I never dreamed possible, because of my extensive medical history. I will always be grateful to them both.
