A few years ago , A friend of mine recommended your law firm after the first firm she recommended did nothing but lie to me and waste my time. I met Attorney Lisa Clark and she made things happen. Not only is she the best, she's extra nice and very patient. She returned all my call and kept me abreast of all the phases of my disability case. She helped me so much, I recommended my son to help him with his case (which turned out very successful. I want to thank Lisa and the entire staff for doing such a great job. Yours truly, Ms. Vicky Snow
I think Wiesser and Wolf along with Lisa Clark are the best. I have been with them especially Lisa Clark now almost 20 years and have nothing but the upmost praise for all of them. Lisa has gone way and above to us through workers comp and on SSD for my self. Plus in a personal aspect of things, she has given us referral that out from their office and some personal information not in regards to injuries back when we were in a bad pozzni scheme where all of our money was taken. All of them have been very helpful through that difficult in our life. We continue to us them, now for my husband who has had a lot of difficulty. I could go on and on about all of them. I would refer them to everyone that I personally can. They deserve a special thanks, rewards, or anything else for being so kind. I personal only met Scott Wolf and he is as nice as Mark and Lisa. It sure as been a pleasure doing business with all of you and look forward to more in the future. Lisa Dews and Ronald Dews
I would NEVER recommend Mark Weisser. I've never met an attorney like him. I called him last week in regards to my BWC Claim with questions because I received a letter to attend an IME appt and he said give me 2 days and I'll call you back. I never heard from him. So I called again and left a message a couple of days before the appt asking what I should do. I never heard back from him. He calls me the day after the appt and says so I guess you didn't go to the appt. I said Mark I called you last week and again this week and never heard back from you on what to do. He said I was in trials although he has an assistant that could have called to tell me what to do. I said I don't understand why I can't turn in my resignation letter to my employer and why this case keeps dragging out. I said I found a new job back in November and was released by my doctor so I don't understand why you won't let me tell my employer because I'm no longer sick and I at least owe them that. I said the biggest problem here is they think I am still sick and there is no communication and I don't understand why. He immediately said the reason I haven't let you resign is because they will deny your benefits (I've talked to 4 other BWC attorneys and this is NOT true) but at this point Elizabeth I will no longer be your legal representative and you can handle this on your own ok. Then he hung up on me. I was referred to Mark by another firm and they now know to take Mark off of their list for referrals as no one should be treated the way this man treated me. Very unprofessional, does not communicate, disrespectful and is very rude! Communication is the key to success in any profession!
I fell at work and needed my shoulder repaired. Without Mark Weisser I would still be fighting. The repair didn't take and I am now facing another shoulder repair. Mark once again is on it. We are waiting now to here the report form the IME doctor. With Mark at the helm I know he will get the surgery I need. He calls back, answers all my questions, well let me say this I am Glad MARK WEISSER is keeping my case in the right direction!!!!!!!
I think Lisa Clark is the best. She has kept me in the loop on my case fore workmans comp. I would recommend this firm too any one I know.
