Office environment is always pleasant and clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Communication is good between paralegals, atty and client. During covid they were sure to check in on us multiple times and made themselves available by both emails and personal phone while out of the office. Seth handled our case and is both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He worked very hard to get us a good result out of a bad situation.
